Direct Mail
Description
This is an ECONOMY service for mailings over 2000 items designed specifically for advertising and marketing material such as brochures, promotional items, mail order catalogues, new services or products, or any other item designed to increase sales. It requires an extensive pre-sort process of up to 150 divisions which requires us to have the address database in advance. The service can be used for all mail items up to 1 kg. Approval from An Post to use the Direct Mail service is required and Lettershop Postal can manage this process for you.
Fulfilment
Using our high speed insertion machines, we can insert multiple items into envelopes or poly-wrap. We can also print letters and personalised documents including application forms, entry forms, reply paid and business response material. Delivery address, postal indicia and return address information are printed directly onto the envelopes or, in the case of poly-wrapping, directly onto the carrier sheet.
Data-prep & Pre-sort
Using specialised software, Lettershop Postal will clean, format and pre-sort your database into Lettershop Postal delivery areas and / or the An Post Postaim pre-sort requirements.
Dublin Mail Delivery
We can deliver your Dublin addressed mail using our own Postal Delivery system at further reduced prices. There is no pre-sort required, no minimum volume, and no weight restrictions.
Other Postage
Postal discounts are available from An Post for mailings over 2000 items (Postaim). We can ensure you achieve these discounts by presenting your mailing pre-sorted, bagged and tagged in accordance with An Post requirements. Delivery times can be up to 13 working days.
