Description

This service applies to all Magazines, Periodicals, Journals, Newspapers and other Publications issued 4 or more times per year and caters for all items up to 1 kg. For items posted via the An Post Publication rates, a 150 division pre-sort is required and this process can be undertaken by us in-house. In addition to this, An Post require all publications to be registered in advance. Lettershop Postal can take care of this process for you.

Fulfilment

Using our high speed digital printers and poly-wrap machines, we can print your carrier sheets with the addresses, indicia, and return address information, add single or multiple inserts, and poly-wrap or insert into envelopes. 

Data-prep & Pre-sort

Using specialised software, Lettershop Postal will clean, format and pre-sort your database and separate the Dublin addresses for Lettershop Postal delivery and pre-sort postal items as per the An Post Publication pre-sort requirements.

Dublin Postal Delivery

We can deliver your Dublin addressed items using our own Postal Delivery system at further reduced prices. There is no pre-sort required, no minimum volume, and no weight restrictions.

Postage

Special Publishers rates from An Post are available for mailings between 100 - 2000 items and over 2000 items at significant discounts. In order to avail of these rates, your mailing will be presented to An Post pre-sorted into 150 divisions and bagged & tagged in accordance with their requirements.
